Mandy and Simplify and Smile custom fits your organizing service to match your wants and needs. We can offer a fully guided hands-on approach, or a full-service done for you approach. You are unique, and so our organizing support can match your goals and preferences.
Do I need to clean up my space before you come?
No need to prepare your space at all for our arrival! It’s great to see your space just the way it is to best evaluate how you’re functioning in it. We enter your space completely judgement free, so remember, there is no need to feel any embarrassment. We’re here to help.
What about organizing supplies?
We are happy to recommend products that will help maintain your organizing success. Clients are responsible to pay for any supplies used (including storage bins, file folders, drawer dividers, etc.) at cost. Products are commonly sourced from Target, The Container Store, and The Home Depot.
Are there any additional expenses besides labor?
The purchase of organizing tools or products may help to find good solutions for your space. You will be responsible for the cost of any organizing supplies and products purchased for your home. Other charges may apply for additional services, shipping/delivery fees, parking, tolls, and other transportation charges.
Do I need to be present during my sessions?
You are welcome to be as involved in the process as you choose. We will work during your consultation to establish your wants and needs so that you need not be present during your session. Your involvement may need to increase greatly should there be many items to go through to donate or discard.
Do I have to throw everything away?
No! And nothing will be thrown away without your permission. Our aim is not for you to throw or give away all of your belongings. We want to help your items find a home where they can be properly used within your space. We will help you make decisions on your things, and cheer you on along the away, but the final choice is always yours.
